Our current website payment provider Windcave has recently announced they will no longer work with the ASB. This will force us us to upgrade our website in the near future to be able to change over to another payment provider (Verifone).
It's likely we will need everyone to reset their login passwords and resubmit saved credit card details the first time you login.
You'll see a message when the time comes, we're just giving everyone a heads up in case in case it seems suspicious. It's definitely legitimate, it's just an inconvenience we would rather not have.
