At Level 3 we'll continue roasting and shipping daily, but will now have our drive thru open for pick ups.  If you prefer to pick your order up from the drive thru please make a note in the delivery instructions and wait for a text message to advise it's ready. if you're able we would strongly suggest you use this option due to the extensive delays we're currently experiencing.

NZ Post advise (as at 1/10) that 70% of parcels are being delivered on time with the remainder up to 7 days delayed. They're dealing with record volumes and using Covid protocols at depots which is slowing things down. Please be patient and support them, they're doing a great job in the circumstances.

During these difficult times we  also encourage you to order more coffee less regularly to help keep the wheels of commerce moving efficiently. We roast your order the day it's shipped so it does have plenty of shelf life.

If your order has been delayed please contact me direct rather than trying to enquire through Courier Post, I can sort things quicker for you.
